About the Rev. A. Ray Lee

In partnership with his late wife, Effie, the ministry  of the Rev. A. Ray Lee has spanned 60 years and reached around the world. Rev. Lee was ordained to the gospel ministry by Lebanon Baptist Church on February 7, 1960. He graduated from Tennessee Temple College and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served as a senor pastor, bi-vocational pastor, interim pastor and interim director of missions. He also served as chaplain of Hospice of the Valley and worked 15 years as an assistant funeral director, often conducting services for people without a pastor. He and Mrs. Lee conducted missionary work in Spain and Scotland through church partnerships.
